SAE Project

Charlie Moffitt enlisted the help of Mr. Jacobs, Dalton Shead, and Jackson Payne to complete  his Supervised Agriculture Experience (SAE). Charlie chose to raise broilers, chickens raised specifically for meat production. The processing shown is the culmination of this 10-week process.
