Healthcare

Healthcare Science provides challenging academic courses, relevant on-the-job experience, and specialized technical skills needed for careers in the medical field. Students build solid math, science, reading, writing, and communication skills, with an emphasis on developing the problem-solving and decision-making skills required in the healthcare industry. Classroom knowledge and skills are put into practice through clinical experiences through healthcare science internships and Tanner Connections. The CCA also offers an opportunity for students to obtain their CNA certification & EMT licensure.
